1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Levelop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of service

Levelop provides an AI-assisted platform for learning software development. We offer code analysis, weekly performance sprints with structured sets and subtasks, system design tools, knowledge base sessions, and interview preparation materials. The platform tracks your progress through sprints and provides personalized performance reports.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

You may create an account using email registration or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Certain features require a paid subscription, which is processed through PayPal or Razorpay. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Levelop. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. AI disclaimer

Levelop uses Artificial Intelligence to generate suggestions, code analysis, system design feedback, and email drafts. You acknowledge that:

• AI can make mistakes. Outputs should be reviewed before reliance.
• Levelop is an educational tool. You should verify any code or advice provided before using it in production environments.
• We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content or outcomes in your job interviews.

5. Analytics and tracking

By using Levelop, you acknowledge that we collect usage analytics (page views, feature interactions, and session data) to improve the platform. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of analytics tracking as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the API or circumvent platform protections.
• Scrape or automate access to the platform beyond normal interactive use.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.
• Submit code or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, design, and AI-generated educational materials are the property of Levelop or its licensors. Code you write and submit on the platform remains yours. By submitting code, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it for the purpose of providing feedback and tracking your progress.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate in every case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levelop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, interview outcomes, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@levelop.dev. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the security or integrity of the service. On termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) shall survive.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levelop and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Levelop regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
